The work culture in the company is great. Stipend is paid on time. CEO looks after the interns himself and encourages us to work better everyday. Emergency leaves are given. Students are given leaves during their exams. Work deadlines are challenging which helps us to beat our comfort zone. Growth on personal and professional level keeps increasing.

Here's what I would want to know about a company before joining it: 1.) Best in class per-word rates. 2.) Timely payments. 3.) Structured and streamlined process. 4.) Work for clients around the globe. 5.) Multiple verticals/domains for content writing. 6.) Fastrack promotion for promising candidates. 7.) You decide your deadlines, when to work, and how to work. 8.) No need to source new clients. What else you need?!

1.) No direct contact with the clients in case you would want them to bug you after the project. 2.) They don't compromise on quality. So, sadly, you will have to give your 100 percent.
