Dangerous environment, due to very poor admin staff - Recensione dipendente - Mental Health Technician presso Inland Northwest Behavioral Health

Lower pay than another psych hospital nearby, short staffing to the point of staff safety far too often, very poor upper management and almost no communication or follow through on anything. No follow up communication even when it's required. Staff have to seek out their own solutions to complex issues that are managements responsibility. Very, very poor administration and oversight of this facility which causes extreme staff frustration and then call offs because of it.
