There are some really golden managers and individuals and most of the staff are good as individuals but are held back by extremes of management that range from 'no management, manage your self' to 'I will monitor your breathing.' You are expected to follow orders, even if that's over a cliff and there are lots of warning signs. Organisational morale is at a generational low. This is why employees are striking for the first time in 20 years. Not a good time in the organisation due to flawed approach to restructure and ongoing transformation - expect this to continue through to 2022. But, after that things will likely improve?
