Just a waste of time. Sales/support is a revolving door. Company is so disorganized all your little errors will be made to be big. The training you get is also very disorganized and the worst I’ve ever had, which again sets you up for failure. Manager trains you to get the customers money as fast as possible and “move along.” If the customers have issues, they don’t care. Returns on products is a massive everyday undertaking. Manager instructs employees to write reviews for the company in slow times to make them appear better. Manager is demeaning and writes his own SOP that is laughable. Don’t get me started on the “benefits” and “PTO.” Handbook says in order to get a “sick day” you have to show up (no matter how sick), and get excused from management, then need a doctors note or it’s considered unexcused and you get a write up! With the policies alone, work anywhere else. If hired for sales/support you will be looking for a new job within a month. *Employees from other departments were telling me all of this while I was there.*
