The track record of employees speaks for itself. Research. Strongly encourage you before you consider working at this company to reach out to any past employees and ask about the ratio of happy to upset customers. Ask why so much employee turnover. Ask why. When customers are mad and take it out personally on employees, leadership will not have your back whatsoever. No backbone. Company focuses on posting pictures of expensive business trips and not from happy employees or happy customers. Because there are next to none. Lots of uncertainty with most key personnel now gone.

1. Although there were nice, experienced, and skilled employees, most of them have left the company or have been laid off. 2. There was an excellent health insurance policy and a generous PTO policy. 3. Due to the fact that most of the company's customers are located in different parts of the US, I was able to travel quite a bit.

1. This company's CEO, Martin, is a hypocrite who creates a toxic working environment. 2. Don't bother with work/life balance, if you're looking for a business that features this, stay away from InnSpire. 3. There seems to be no rational reasoning behind management decisions, only a desire to make a quick buck. A quick money grab and a little trickery are all that exists here. There is no strategy behind it. Nearly every day, decisions are changing to the complete opposite. 4. There is a lot of lying to customers involved, and it is necessary if you want to keep working there. 5. There is no value placed on employees by the management. It won't take them long to get rid of you once they stop sensing your loyalty or when they are able to replace you with a cheaper labor.
