      1. Although there were nice, experienced, and skilled employees, most of them have left the company or have been laid off. 2. There was an excellent health insurance policy and a generous PTO policy. 3. Due to the fact that most of the company's customers are located in different parts of the US, I was able to travel quite a bit.

      1. This company's CEO, Martin, is a hypocrite who creates a toxic working environment. 2. Don't bother with work/life balance, if you're looking for a business that features this, stay away from InnSpire. 3. There seems to be no rational reasoning behind management decisions, only a desire to make a quick buck. A quick money grab and a little trickery are all that exists here. There is no strategy behind it. Nearly every day, decisions are changing to the complete opposite. 4. There is a lot of lying to customers involved, and it is necessary if you want to keep working there. 5. There is no value placed on employees by the management. It won't take them long to get rid of you once they stop sensing your loyalty or when they are able to replace you with a cheaper labor.

      Ideal for self-managed/organized person. Have finally found company where independence and freedom area main values. It does not matter where You work from, but what matter is that You are willing to bring benefit and act when its needed and where its needed.

      I have been working for InnSpire more than a Year and there was not one day i was bored. One day I was able to work on backend configuration, next day network configurations and another with Customer to make sure his satisfaction is met.
