The job is never boring, and gives you new challenges everyday, sometimes things you never worked with before. There is plenty of room to express the creativity and love for the craft.

Because still in the scaling phase, things can seem chaotic at times. For some people that can be too much. Also, things are volatile, since there is still a lot of research happening. So you might end up redoing the same things multiple times which can be tiring at some point.

Cutting edge field and technology. Can (and must) learn a lot during work about the several different technologies related to this job. Friendly and supportive collegaues. A interesting and exciting vision to stand behind. Due to the nature of middle sized, startup environment, personal career development is possible, there are opportunities of impactful work.

Bit chaotic sometimes in a realistic and kinda expected way. Missing, or not completely established some key roles in middle management, but also have a great talent pool in general. Varying urgency in different roles can lead to people waiting for each other sometimes. Since it is an actively growing and improving company, not all processes are completely figured out, but there are attempts and attention on them.
