The pay cannot be beat. The benefits are great and include a 457 plan. The patients are very kind and appreciative. It is well organized and well staffed. The staff is well trained and very welcoming.

It is a busy clinic, typical for FQHC but significantly better organized than my prior FQHC. It is a rural location so access to specialists etc is limited.

Good salary, excellent pay. One of the best in Imperial Valley

Worst management since they only hire people they know and that don't do nothing.
