Real signs that being independent from Ciber group will make things better for us in the uk. Lots of change and hard work ahead and its nice to be working with people that actually care about people. Its beginning to feel like it used to.

Dont have the mass of Ciber to hide behind, but in a way that lets us focus on what we've been good at.

There is a real start up vibe at Innervate, but with a shed load of experience. Staff are constantly asked for their input and there is a real buzz in head office. It really feels like it’s a big “family” and that everyone is working together to ensure that Innervate is a success. There is a flat structure at Innervate, with the Senior Management Team being approachable and friendly. They provide us with regular updates, on many forums, including breakfast meetings, all hands on board calls, and a monthly newsletter. I am proud of the work we do for our clients; proud of the hard work put in by so many people, that has ensured Innervate has been able to risen from the ashes, after the historical issues from Ciber Inc. And I am proud to say I work at Innervate Technology Solutions.

A select few members of staff appear to be stuck in the past and focus on all of the issues that came from the US corporation Ciber Inc, rather than looking to the future and being a part of all of the good work Innervate are doing.
