Great benefits, amazing culture, team of kind and mission-focused individuals, management truly values and cares for their team. I always felt appreciated and valued, everyone’s feedback and perspective is taken into consideration. They truly invest in their employees to county to develop them and give them opportunities for growth. I always had the chance to try something new and truly felt valued and that I was a part of something bigger.

Can be difficult to balance time outside of work or between projects, as everyone wears multiple hats and there’s always something new to work on. Not necessarily a con, just an aspect of a startup environment and quick growth.

The team was hard-working and very fun to work with; even though I was only with them for three-months, I felt close to my co-workers, and I could see myself working with them long-term. Also, I found the smaller size of the company to be a plus; I appreciate that the administrative individuals felt accessible and close with the rest of the team.
