Great benefits, amazing culture, team of kind and mission-focused individuals, management truly values and cares for their team. I always felt appreciated and valued, everyone’s feedback and perspective is taken into consideration. They truly invest in their employees to county to develop them and give them opportunities for growth. I always had the chance to try something new and truly felt valued and that I was a part of something bigger.

Can be difficult to balance time outside of work or between projects, as everyone wears multiple hats and there’s always something new to work on. Not necessarily a con, just an aspect of a startup environment and quick growth.

I have continued to enjoy my time at InnoCaption. Everyone is really nice and gets along well. It is really rewarding to see your work leave a positive impact in the world.

There can be a bit of pressure as unlike in bigger companies, you have more direct responsibilities in project. (not really a con depending on who you are).
