There are too many cons. 1. An employee served to company for more than 5 years and after that if he found the good opportunity and serving the notice period then Behavior of HR and Seniors get change 2. Very worst management 3. Changes the HR policies according to their comfort 4. If serving notice period employee does not having any dependency still they are not releasing the employee or not even permitting for taking leave 5. If an employee asking for the leaves few things are there to be notice : 5.1 My personal experience, I asked for the marriage leaves of 10 days so HR said to me that it will be Leaves without pay and my notice period will be also extended to number of leaves * 2 5.2 In the notice period asked for the Pay slip so HR provided me that after the 5 days 5.3 In notice period HR behaves very rude to the employees.... every employee wants the Respectful Exit 6. Partiality with employee
