Most people don't care much about the work they do or the company they are working for. The company is loosing people who can make a difference. There isn't any sign of leadership anywhere. Managers concentrate on the people instead of the work. Nobody is in a position to make any slightly controversial decision. New people are hired to do practically nothing.
