They have some really nice people working for them, don't get me wrong.

But the way they hire and manage is beyond scattered. They don't tell you everything about the job before you are hired and so when you actually get to work there are surprises you were not ready for. Benefits are way overpriced and not that great and even though you pay for them out of each paycheck, the last day you work is the last day you have benefits, which I've never encountered before. Basically I feel like you have to jump through hoops with them to get a mediocre job that is not what you expect. I wouldn't go through them again.

The position was fully remote, and I felt well supported by both coworkers and managers. I even had to take some unexpected time off, and they were super cool about it.
