InnoTek has an awesome culture that fosters effective communication with the rest of the team and allows for helpful process improvements to ensure that we don't stagnate or let our teammates down. They have a lot of happy customers and the most responsive IT team I've seen, so it makes the task of collaborating with business owners much easier when they can focus on running their business rather than questioning the support. Locked on processes and a helpful network of teammates make this workplace a good experience. This business is growing very well.

Some roles may have after-hours requirements that come up, though I am happy to say that because of our own hours of 8am-5pm (as of 7/2025), our stress was very low in that regard. Most roles will be expected to be in the office and local.
Staff are very friendly and provide a great and fun atmosphere within the offices.

There are many gray areas as to what operations supports and doesn't. Some customers get higher priority because the tenured technicians like them better than other customers. Micro-management seems to be a staple of the industry.
