Operates still very much like a startup. That's a pro or a con depending on what you're looking for.

InnoVint has a strong work from home culture, which is uncommon in the wine industry. The product team is awesome, sleek UI/UX and good brand awareness.

High churn in the sales department. The team is characterized by a fundamental lack of trust, heavy micromanagement, resulting in short tenures. The OTE is completely misguided, built on impossible quotas.
