I am working here almost 5+ years . Trust me when i join the company i was a introvert and less spoken.The manager and management train me and some other new colleagues in such a way how to handle business and support technical meetings and presentations.Today i know how much i have progressed along with my other colleagues in handling technical support and presentations single handed ourself. Honestly these 5 years i dont even have done overtime.They dont encourage too for good balance of life and work.The management organise free sessions with HR how balance life and work cycle efficiently.They are open to all staffs not one point stop. Even i have discussed my personal life matters and taken advice on my own willingness i understand its not their business call. WORK AND LIFE IS NOT SINGLE HANDED , it needs two hands Work in office till 6pm , life in home after 6pm. Hatred have many versions but love has single version. But willingness to learn is the key just complain and throwing stones is easy work - life balance is not just overtime.when not get personal favours out of box breaking rules is not possible anywhere in singapore.Innocom always stick to local rules cannot break rules for one person please. When we have efficiency and underperformance issues is our problem , management is ready to guide with free training and regular meetings if you are willing.Eventhough it is not management problem. One of the best company i ever worked where we have perfect life and work balance.only 5 days per week work.They do respect various community festive celebrations with free lunch buffets ( trust me taking our choice of meals also for it)and adhere to singapore community guidelines strictly. Add dinner and dance every year as paid in in every trip with worthy lucky draw gifts and free gifts for everyone in a unique location local or abroad. They do provide leave on exams too nd encourage them. In short Innocom technologies, place in singapore with work freedom, trust and for personal and career growth! I strongly recommend innocom with my own experience, personal and career growth.Thats their evidence for being successful in business more than 30+ years.
