Workload is fine. Blessed to have nice colleagues, even housekeeper for office is super nice but not the management level.

No trust, no integrity, no responsibility, no actions only empty talks, super slow pace but impatient management who are worst than handicaps, simple phone calls that doesn't involve you they will need you to call, no professionalism when handling with external parties, barks at you and speaks raise their voice if they are not satisfied with some things, they cant balance their emotions between work and life, no communication with one another though company only consist of less than 20 people. Management misuse of benefits but scrutinize and start interrogating you for every single minute counts. They don't even have basic manners and super inconsiderate. They are in their own world and falls asleep when meeting with external parties while having meeting. Their travel opportunities to get customers become their leisure enjoyment trip. Don't believe, join the company and you'll have an "excellent" experience.

Feels like a start-up biotech/pharmaceutical company, hence more learning in unlimited areas. No matter what your background is, you will do many cross-functional roles.

Not flexible, management wants to compete as a global company but the mindset is still very local, not enough training and career/growth maintenance for the employee, trust is one of the key values for the company but rarely utilized.
