Innomed is a great place to work because of their hours. It's 9-5 Monday thru Friday.

You have to have lunch at your desk.

The employees there are awesome. The pay is good and there's room to advance although you'll be asked to wear more than one hat depending on the current need. You get a chance to see everything close up and the company's transparent. The executives are nice and fun to be around. Very little turnover. You feel like you're really helping people with the lines of product, it's all medical. The benefits are excellent.

There's no such thing as "that's not my job" here because your expected to learn whatever they put in front of you. Everything stops when doctors show up and want demonstrations and you get behind. Nothing is really private, so you shouldn't use your computers for personal things. The IT security is overprotective.
