There is a monthly bonus after a certain period of time, but they will cut your bonus for being tardy or any small reasons they can find. The employees are wonderful to work with.

You can not leave for lunch. There is zero training, once you have been shown something you are expected to swim on your own. Management has no idea what they are doing, and it shows with turn over. Also, management has favorites and if you aren’t one, it won’t take long for you to be back looking for a job. HR is bias.
