Even basic learning support like Udemy access is inconsistent or unavailable. The company is only result-driven with no defined processes, leading to chaos. Appraisal cycles are ignored; even small hikes are delayed or skipped. Existing employees are pushed out for asking fair compensation, while new hires are offered higher salaries for the same roles.
