A place for growth! - Recensione dipendente - Senior Software Architect presso Innosphere

I've spent a little over 3 months at the company currently and I have only positive things to say when it comes to career growth. The opportunities and support system presented to me from day 1 is flawless. My manager is always available, the stakeholders are as invested in my growth and experience as in my performance for the project. The people are great, there are regular team building activities, tickets to sports games etc. It's a small team but the lengthy average tenures speaks for themselves. The salary and performance review structure is very transparent but I'm yet to be on the other side of it. I'll update my review accordingly. Oh and the company is fully remote across Canada and for the few US positions we have. There are perks for L&D and office equipment which are very generous.
