Idk, maybe in other departments it's not like that, but I'm working with the main customer (bank) and it's driving me crazy. During an onboarding process you study a lot of information about "how things should work" - and after that you learn that nothing works that way. Documentation mostly doesn't exist, most of the time research is finding that person who did the thing and asking them directly. Processes unclear, human factor plays major role in every one of them. Information security measures make it almost impossible to do the job. Almost no team building events.
