Honestly, none. But the most that I can say is there are some people in this company that care, just not director level and above.

Everything. The company and its C- suite only cares about the money. Forget getting any respect or being appriciated. I have never worked for a more backstabbing, poorly run organization. Everybody at the top is sooo power hungry, makes choices that are textbook mistakes when running an organization, and then blaming and firing people beneath them when their plans fail. Never mind that employees beneath them were told to keep their mouth shut to start, because in this company C-suites are treated like gods. Funny, because they can't take responsibility for their mistakes. Unfortunately, it all starts from the very top, with the most incompetent CEO that should go back to school and, above all, learn some humanity. If I could rate it 0 stars I would.
