      Even under non-Covid times, there was the ability to work from home at least part of the week.

      Low salaries and archaic PTO policy (2 weeks for first year, then 3 weeks after, max 4 weeks ever(!). High turnover in the corporate office. Terrible data quality issues, worse than I've seen at prior companies. No clear direction in finance. Some people are heavily worked, while others are bored and looking for additional work. So many managers cut other departments down and certainly do not support them. It's a fight to get data to complete your job and stay compliant with state and Federal bodies. I feel completely unsupported by my manager. It's oftentimes a question who technically is my manager when I'm being pulled in multiple directions by multiple executive-level individuals.

      We appreciate your feedback. In addition to supporting employees during COVID-19 with alternative work arrangements, we have added wellness days and other resources. You are encouraged to talk to your supervisor about the issues you’re having, as that is not what we want our culture to be. Your human resources business partner is also a resource.

      Most particapants treat us with kindness and respect.

      Working as a driver for Innovage is not worth it, the pay is not fair for the required work that is involved with this position and addition to the new job title From Driver to Driver Particapant Care. The companies pay raises is a joke and a slap in the face, has a very high turnover rate which results to being low staffed and way too much overtime with little life balance. We have way too many vehicle mechanical issues with no onsite mechanics to fix them, They treat us like kids, too much drama and gossip, lots of favortism extremley poor communication which result to employee and particapants unsatisfied. There is just far too much negatives about this company and I unfortunately can't recommend this job to anyone and it's not worth your time.
