There are no pros at all. But if I had to force one out, it would be the nice colleagues from the sister company.

Very old-school company with poor management and no clear direction, especially in marketing — honestly feels like the blind leading the blind. Teamwork is nonexistent as most people only care about themselves and busy putting up a show. Low pay, heavy workload, and NO career growth. You’ll likely end up doing multiple roles at once and handling tasks your bosses or colleagues don’t want to do. A lot of “adhoc tasks” are basically just cleaning up other people’s sh*t. Management expectations are unrealistic, and during busy periods like warehouse sales, manager (direct report) often disappear or act busy while leaving you to handle everything alone. Good luck to anyone joining — just be mentally prepared for never ending gossip & fakes.

Friendly co-workers, good work environment

Directors don't see benefits of having long term sales relationship with corporate clients, only wants to do 1 time transactions hence not willing to give more benefits to clients to secure long term sales relationship. Which I think is pure dumb. Business should strive for returning/repeat customers and not 1 time customers.
