I've been employed here for a few months, and I'm impressed with the team-oriented atmosphere. Everyone is excited to collaborate and share their expertise in order to accomplish our objectives. I feel like my contributions are appreciated, and the team is really encouraging.

Departmental communication may be one area that needs work. Although there are moments when it seems like we're not all in agreement, this is generally a small problem.
