Svantaggi
Typical day at work: absolutely no structure or organization. Roles are not clearly defined. Leadership micromanages and blames staff. Staff do not receive training and there is no orientation. Your first day of work- you're expected to work like you've already been there six months. What I learned: leadership is purposely not transparent about anything. Management: the worst I've ever experienced. Employees are not supported. Workplace culture: very much leadership vs employees. Ethical standards are almost non existent. Employees are minimized and degraded. There is no room to move up in the company. Work-life balance is poor. Leadership regularly sends out emails and messages past 8pm. Hardest part of the job: dealing with incompetent leadership. Management and leadership roles are filled by people who do not have the experience needed. Leadership is not transparent about information you need to do your job successfully. Pay and compensation is insanely unfair. They offer 401k matching, but you do not get to keep the matching if you leave before 5 years. Expectations are incredibly unrealistic- outpatient counselors are expected to maintain 35 clients as a caseload.
