Good work life balance but chaotic management and bad prospects - Recensione dipendente - Project Manager presso Innova Solutions

1. Management tier is not doing a good job in setting direction to the company 2. There's little to nothing in career growth incentives provided by this company which includes learning opportunities, appraisal, promotions etc 3. Currently the situation in the company is very bad. There are mass layoffs and the management is pushing anyone on bench to irrelevant roles even though they are taken for different role entirely just to keep them billed. 4. There is no definite process followed for any practice in this company. I believe thats because the leadership is chaotic and there is no visibility on the initiatives taken by them to correct things as well. 5. Everything is quite opaque about this company. In the last appraisal, there was no interaction with managers before deciding the increments/promotions. They themselves decided something and carried on without proper one on ones or redressal mechanisms. 6. Some of the peers in the same domain/industry are doing very well but not this company.
