I truly enjoy working as Patient Care Advocate with older adults and find this aspect of the work very rewarding. However, during my time in the Call Center, I did not experience a strong sense of teamwork or sufficient consideration for employee well-being

I truly love my coworkers and the team I work with. Everyone is genuinely here for the patients, and we consistently go above and beyond to make sure they are cared for properly. There is a strong sense of teamwork and shared purpose across the organization. Leadership is approachable and listens when issues are raised, and I appreciate that they take action to help fix problems rather than just acknowledge them. As the company continues to grow quickly, new initiatives and changes are communicated clearly, which helps teams feel informed and supported. Innovacare puts a great deal of effort into taking care of its patients, and that mission is felt throughout the organization.

Work‑life balance can be challenging at times, especially with the high volume of patients and the level of care we strive to provide. However, the work is very rewarding, and knowing that we are helping keep patients healthy, supported, and out of the hospital makes the extra effort worth it
