Worst place to work. So much micro management. I've seen peers crying in their work place because of management pressure A collegue of mine was suffering from severe typhoid. The audacity of his manager to ask to bring the drip and glucose bottle to office itself. Zero job security no matter how top of a performer you are. First they make an incentive policy to motivate their employees and then make unreally aggressive targets just to save company resources. They are after your life even during non working hours. Interns are being treated like full time emplyoees giving them same targets and expecting the same results even at a wage of 16k/month! They are just so bad at paying and managing. Won't ever recommend anyone going there. Better you sit unemployed for a month and find a second option, just never go there.
