      The only pro I can really think of is the salary.

      I’ve worked in healthcare in my entire life and this is by far the worst company I ever worked at. First all they don’t even have proven products they sell vaporware. Also, management is so messed up. Leadership does not care if they put someone in a management position and they fail. Employees like myself are left to figure everything out on their own. This is a very unethical company with unethical views. They repeatedly lie to prospects. Day after day, I heard them lie. If you tell anyone in the company, but you don’t agree with the standards of lying, you are retaliated against instantly. There’s also no work life balance. Projects are given to you at 3 PM Eastern time and are due by 9 AM Eastern in the next day.

      Thank you for sharing this, even though it's hard to read. We hear the disappointment, and we don't want to brush past any of it. Concerns around how products are positioned, how managers are supported, and how feedback is received are serious, and we take them seriously. Through our engagement surveys, we consistently address these themes and support our managers in-house so they don't have to figure things out on their own. We're sorry your experience here ended this way.
