Disorganized, lack of communication between departments. Physical office space is uncomfortable and a placed together without regard to creating a professional and pleasant atmosphere. As a customer I would be hesitant seeing the space as to the legitimacy of the work done there.

Some nice people but we can't enjoy our time together at work.

Disorganized Petty Horibble atmosphere, everyone always afraid of getting fired. Owner and new 'business development' manager always yelling at staff. Direction of jobs change every other week and then owner says why didn't you finish this. Cancelled rrsp match and no bonus at all. Getting worse since some key management left.
