The furniture produced is the best I have seen in over 30 years in the industry. The owners are results driven, compassionate and family supportive. The work here is never dull as the company is on the cutting edge of innovation. Promotion from within is strong and compensation is competitive.

This is not the place for anyone looking for a mundane work environment.

The work is very calm. For the most part, if you do your work no one will bother you. It is mostly measuring pieces, ensuring that everything is up to standard, and moving skids. The people for the most part are very nice and welcoming too.

The bosses are very strict, and will look down on you if you do not go to "voluntary" overtime. If they see you sitting around or lounging at all they will be upset. Was yelled at unfairly by some of the bosses.
