(1) I am fresher joined this company as consultant about 1.5 year ago. (2) While joining there were very lavish statements made about work culture and learning opportunities, but after about 1 year I realized that it was a trap. (3) I have been tied with bond to serve 2 years and that is the only reason I am working in this organization. (4) Many HR policies changed in favor of organization after we joined and what was mentioned in our offer letter (5) There is no industry standard learning here, based on which we can get job in other organization (6) One of the similar person tried to raise voice about irrelevant policies, he was targeted then after. His yearly bonus was not provided only because he was not working from office and which was no where mentioned in any policy. All clauses got changed exactly when he was about to get bonus (7) There are no defined working hours here. Managers ask to work even on weekends. (8) Work life balance is worst in this organization. (9) Many of the employees never visited office and working from home and we are new here and asked to work from office. (10) What is the point to work from office when we are talking over zoom call with other employee. The same we can do from home. But BU head want to show presence and get credit that his team is working from office. Why this rule is not same for all employees. (11) People who are working here since more than 5 years are acting like owner of company. They don't follow and rules. We don't even guide us. (12) There is no professionalism here, people wear clothes like they are going to park or party. (13) We need to fix basics in this organization, then after we can fix products of this company. (14) Products are sold with interactive presentations by sales team only to meet their target. And when we install it to customer system, even basic functionality don't work (15) Management team, get to basics first. Technology is far to evolve.
