No structure. Poor management. Mean girls type club within senior management, director level. If your face fits you’re fine. Lack of process and occupational health knowledge within senior management leads to risking staff’s credibility .Apparent “cash flow” issues.

Toxic work environment, high staff turnover, CEO is a bully, company don't value employees, 'Mean Girls" type environment, ZERO DIVERSITY. I was a victim of work place bullying while I was there and saw alot more of it. DO NOT WORK HERE. ITS NOT WORTH IT!
