      1. A very toxic work culture. They pay you so little and make you work extra hours. 2. No good projects to work on. 3. You need to get your leaves approved in advance which they dont really do. 4. Forget you have a life outside work. 5. You can’t really learn much here. 6. Even your breaks are monitored 7. The literal corporate culture 8. You can give all your time and effort but still it wont matter

      My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. Even after completing my work and fulfilling my responsibilities, my pending salary has remained unpaid for over a year. Despite repeated follow-ups through emails, calls, and messages, I have received only explanations and promises, with no actual resolution. The lack of transparency and accountability regarding employee payments has caused significant financial stress. Employees should not have to continuously chase the company for wages they have already earned.
