      If they terminate you or lay you off consider it a pro. Else they will not let you leave. Really worst company. They are 2 year old startup. But better not to join if you want on time salary. Salary delay is like for months. For every two three months you will get 1 month salary.

      1. If we ask why salary is delayed, we get terminated 2. CEO/Manager expects everyone to work like chatgpt, efficiently even post 9 hrs of your shift every day. Work even on saturdays and sundays if possible. 3. Never give you salary on time.

      My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. Even after completing my work and fulfilling my responsibilities, my pending salary has remained unpaid for over a year. Despite repeated follow-ups through emails, calls, and messages, I have received only explanations and promises, with no actual resolution. The lack of transparency and accountability regarding employee payments has caused significant financial stress. Employees should not have to continuously chase the company for wages they have already earned.
