There are a lot of great reasons to work at Innovation Finance. Start ups can be hectic and disorganized, but this is one of the most dedicated and structured teams I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Clear goals, sound minds and a desire to challenge the status quo inspire me to put my best foot forward. If you have something to say, it’s heard - at meetings, everyone has a voice and is encouraged to share their ideas. There are many opportunities for collaboration between departments and very little micromanagement. The staff is great, it’s comprised of industry veterans who found a way to digitally transform an outdated, analog process. They have a dream and they’re chasing it. The passion is contagious and its great to be around.
