Upper management is consistently on a power trip - Very demanding and manipulative. Everyone is scared of Tony, Bob, and upper management; everyone talks about how bad it is, but then wakes up the next day and allows it to happen again. Personally, I was disrespected by management on a weekly basis and going to HR doesn't do anything because HR is one lady (nice lady) who can't even do anything against Tony, Bob, or upper management. If you're willing to take mental abuse and manipulation then you might be able to get work done and learn some technical things,
