-Flexible Scheduling, pending you supervisors approval you can work whatever schedule you want -Lots of support and attention the first few weeks, after that, you are basically on your own -the offer some benefits if you can average 30 clients seen per week (that is considered full-time) -they offer tons of trainings, on Friday mornings and you have to drive to the suburbs to attend most of them -they do offer pay for admin hours

-I was told it would take 2-3 months to build a full-time caseload, it took over 6 months to reach 30 clients -The company doesn't pay out for the session until insurance pays out which can take anywhere from 2 weeks - up to five months or more depending on type of insurance. Meaning that even if you work say 30hr per week, it is unlikely you will be paid for all of those 30 hours you worked the following pay period. -Pay structure makes biweekly pay inconsistent regardless of # of hrs worked -No option to change supervisors even if yours is negligent, dismissive, and quick tempered -long biweekly mandatory company meetings 1hr 15min- 1.5hrs -poor working conditions, central A/C doesn't work consistently- have had to cancel entire days of work because the office was too hot and clients would complain, ant problem, office space is generally dated and reflects poorly on the company -no room for growth or additional pay for being bilingual despite it being more work -no benefits for employees that are part-time -no actual community engagement or involvement with community -there is no support for burnout or genuine care or attention for clinicians well-being, they are mostly interested in numbers and the more clients you are willing to see (32+) the better it will go for you at this company -admin hours are capped at 1-2 per week depending on wether you are full time or part time. yes, you will have at least 5 hrs+ of admin work to do outside of therapy that you will not be compensated for
