Management is nice and cares about you as a person. Number one goal is safety rather than getting packages delivered

Routing isn’t great, it did have improvements but its just am AI that makes the routes. Package count and stop count can get high, but for the most part is doable

Being outside & getting paid to exercise. Flexibility. People were always willing to swap or cover shifts. Coworkers are awesome. Dispatchers are awesome. Pay is okay but benefits could be much better.

CEO cares about money more than employees. Score cards are never fair and the metrics you are supposed to reach are unattainable. Vans are in bad shape. Routes are far too long and you cannot actually take your breaks without falling behind. The heat in the summers is brutal. AI creates your routes and treats drivers like robots.
