-High pressure environment. Constant pushing to get things done in unreasonable amounts of time. -Low salaries compared to industry competitors. -Micromanagement. -No raises. -Very cheap bonuses. -Good old boys mentality. -No training. -Living in Bakersfield. -Very high turnover due to the points above. The company model seems to be to hire people as cheap as possible and work them into the ground. When things get overwhelming they'll throw you out and replace you with the next guy who's hard up for a job even if he has no experience. Don't expect to be compensated for hard work here. Your only reward will be more work.
