Great Company with great people. Competitive pay and team oriented staff,

The industry in general can be tough but Innovative is one of the best.

Co workers are excellent and very helpful as needed.

Company has not given any pay increases to anyone since 2019. Management does not give appraisals or reviews. There is no room for growth and I feel the company leadership is not being truthful about their priorities, which seem to solely benefit themselves and a specific political group.
