The CEO (Owner) is great guy — supportive, chill, and gives you full freedom to learn and grow. But the COO is the complete opposite. No real knowledge of the work, constantly interfering, and makes things harder for no reason. Kills motivation and slows the team down

I’m shocked to see all the positive comments. They all seem to be fake. The reality is that the company is literally a ‘lala’ company. There is a lot of internal politics. They would hire you and then would blame you for their lack of management. The owner does not know how to behave. He has a soft corner for females. I would say..save yourself from the misery by avoiding to join this company.
