Consistent company in terms of running 24/7, always something to work on, parts are always being made and there is always something that needs to be worked on. The amount of tribal knowledge that people refuse to pass down or communicate to others is absurd. Total running "machine hours" is 100% the primary focus in this company. There is little to no regard to the outcome of the parts or the overall quality. The definition of insanity is "doing the same thing over and over but expecting a different result" and that should be the motto here. The same mistakes will be made over and over again, costing the company thousands, but as long as the "machine hours" are up, that's all that matters.
