Everyone at Innovative Marketing is so friendly and positive. I've never met a group of such up-beat people! The manager instantly made me feel welcome, when I first started here, treating me as if I were part of the family. I'd been looking for secure work for a while and I couldn't imagine a better team to work with. I feel extremely lucky. Training was ideal. The management at Innovative is motivating and supporting through training.

Some positions are based off of commission. This isn't an issue if you're a confident, hard worker. 9 times out of 10 those working commission make multiple times what the hourly workers make.
