They will make you feel like you mean something when onboarding you

* They have no idea how to manage or train people. * The will lie about everything they promise to give you. * They cannot pay their vendors. * There is so much more to say about this place. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for far too long.

• Smaller company so you get to know everyone quickly • Pay • The owners will always answer your questions well, and want you to know the business. They were a great asset for training.

• In my experience I found that management was not forthcoming or honest. I found myself feeling tricked a few times. • I personally heard a substantial amount of gossip and negative talk. • In my opinion the building is very cluttered and the bathrooms as well as the kitchen were not very clean. • Was promised certain things when I was hired, however management never followed through and kept pushing them off instead of telling me they were no longer a possibility for the position. • Management expressed that they expect you to work past your scheduled 8 hours of work. • Allegedly, people in the same position and team are each paid vastly different base salaries.
