Really can’t think of a single thing

How I see it is upper management is horrid. I personally can’t believe these people haven’t been sued. They don’t pay their vendors what so ever form what I experienced. NOT FRIENDLY UPPER MANAGEMENT

You can show up late every day, take 2 hour lunches , call out sick 3x / month and still have a job.

Horribly mis managed . Family comes above everything and if you are not family , you get screwed. Commission structure is terrible . CEO expects you to work 10+ hour days but get paid for 8. They provide absolutely no feedback on work skills . Absolutely no training. When you get hired , they scatter away and leave you to figure out what to do on your own. They expect you to sell specific packaging items but provide no training on how these items are used, item specifications, etc. Zero room for growth. They expect you to pick up the slack for other coworkers with no incentive whatsoever. This place will ruin your mental health. Witnessed it from several people. Also, they cannot pay their vendors so expect several angry inquiries about paying invoices which they have no money to do. Would be surprised if they’re still in business 6 months from now.
