Lack of management communication, not practicing under a BCBA - Recensione dipendente - Full Time ABA Instructor presso Innovative Pathways

At the time I worked here, I was not working directly under a BCBA which is very sketchy to me. Also, there is no office that you will visit. You will not meet other coworkers, and there are no staff meetings. Supervision was awful; supervisors were supposed to come in twice a week to overlook cases, but they are all overworked and have too large of a caseload to do this and would cancel at the last minute. You also must work weekends, and the driving expectations are ridiculous.
